Students embark on a guided adventure through the woods of Hartley to our carefully designed survival area. Can your students make a sustainable shelter, or boil water over a campfire lit by flint and steel? Watch their skills be tested in a class ranked our most popular by students and teachers.

Under the guidance of seasoned staff, the students are immersed in an experiential curriculum that blends hands-on learning in natural surroundings. With safety at the forefront, the first crackle of kindling to the soaring flames, they discover the secrets of fire, learning how to ignite and control this force responsibly.

Throughout their journey, the student develops essential skills that extend far beyond fire and shelter building. They learn to work as a team, fostering cooperation and empathy as they collaborate to overcome obstacles. Problem-solving becomes second nature as they adapt to unexpected challenges, unleashing their creativity and resilience in the face of adversity.
